Responsibilities:
- Establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and handle electronic inquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- Set up and manage filing systems, both manual and computerized
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
