Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $35.50 per hour / 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Workplace: On-site (No remote work option)
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate service areas
- Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and documents
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Prepare trial balances and manage financial records
- Maintain and reconcile accounts using manual and computerized systems
- Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Post journal entries
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
