Overview
- Language Requirement: English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities
- Assist users facing computer-related issues
- Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research and implement solutions
- Offer advice and training to users based on identified difficulties
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support analysts
- Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users
Additional Information
