Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in project management within the non-profit sector, contributing directly to impactful community projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in the design and planning of community development projects that align with our mission and objectives.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and assist in resolving challenges to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and community members to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project updates, financial records, and other relevant reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Research: Conduct research to gather data for new initiatives and evaluate the outcomes of existing projects.
- Fundraising & Outreach: Support efforts to identify funding opportunities, draft grant proposals, and engage with community stakeholders.
