Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Web Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This position involves designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our client’s needs. You will work closely with other team members to create responsive designs that enhance user experience and meet functionality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative website layouts, templates, and features using modern design principles and web technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver on project goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure that designs are responsive, optimizing them for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Work with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into web applications.
  • Optimize website performance by implementing best practices for speed, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure that designs are modern and cutting-edge.
  • Provide support for ongoing web projects, assisting with design revisions and updates as needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for web design and creating innovative user experiences.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and web design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch).
  • Basic understanding of responsive web design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for design aesthetics.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery is a plus but not required.
  • A portfolio showcasing web design projects (if available) is desirable.
